The modern bathroom features a walk-in Italian-style shower and a double vanity, providing both comfort and convenience.



Outside, you'll enjoy a covered terrace overlooking your private heated swimming pool and a built-in barbecue, perfect for relaxing and dining outdoors.



Free private parking and high-speed Wi-Fi are also included, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Security deposit required:

A security deposit will be requested, including for Airbnb guests, via a bank card pre-authorisation. The amount may range from €300 to €1,500 depending on the accommodation.

You will receive a message 2 days before your arrival to complete your check-in. At that time, you will be able to register your bank card details for the security deposit. If we are unable to process the deposit pre-authorisation, access to the accommodation cannot be granted.

Baby equipment available as an optional extra:

A travel cot and high chair are available as a package for €15 per stay. The travel cot is provided with the standard mattress designed for this type of cot and does not include an additional thick mattress. Baby bed linen is not provided.

Early arrival or late departure:

Available only subject to availability, with an additional fee of €40.

Late arrival after 11:00 PM:

An additional fee of €40 applies only if a physical welcome is required. If late arrival after 11:00 PM is handled independently, no extra charge will be applied.
