A spacious, brand-new 1-bedroom home on the 12th floor of Palace Residences North, an Emaar branded residence at the gateway to Creek Island in Dubai Creek Harbour. The interiors are the quietest of our homes here, a soft feather mural in the bedroom, a textured stone wall in the living room, and muted blue and gold running throughout.
Sleeps 3 in a king-bed bedroom plus a sofa bed:
• Master bedroom — king bed, feather feature wall, premium linens, built-in wardrobes and shelving, blackout curtains, corner glazing on two sides
• Living area — L-shaped sofa that converts to a bed for a third guest
• The open-plan living area opens through floor-to-ceiling glass onto a private balcony with seating, with a wall-mounted Smart TV set into lit display niches and a round dining table for four.
• The fully equipped kitchen includes a Nespresso machine, stove and oven, microwave, toaster and designer cookware, with a separate laundry room with washer, dryer and drying rack for longer stays.
• One full bathroom with a walk-in shower and a wide vanity.
