While the villa is brand new, highly aesthetic, and undergoes continuous, rigorous housekeeping, encountering small insects or local geckos is a normal part of island life in Thailand. This is completely natural and does not reflect the cleanliness of the property.
Water & Electricity Policy: Water usage is fully included in your stay. For electricity, we provide a generous daily allowance included in the price, which easily covers standard, comfortable home usage.
