About this house rental
Spacious house with a beautiful flower garden, a relaxing pool and hot tub, located in a gated community surrounded by trees and 24-hour security. Best of all, it's just 1500 meters from the famous Trancoso Historic Square.
Since we are located within a residential complex, it is important to follow its rules, which will be provided to the guest at check-in regarding neighborly conduct policies.
Spacious house, fully equipped kitchen, suites with walk-in closet and air conditioning, barbecue area, laundry room, parking for four cars.
Our guests have free access to all areas of the house, ensuring comfort and privacy throughout their stay. To maintain a harmonious environment, we follow a policy of good coexistence. When arriving at the condominium, please provide identification details for all occupants and any visitors at the gate. We also kindly ask you to observe the following guidelines: Fireworks are not allowed; Respect the speed limit of 30 km/h within the condominium; After 10 pm, the noise limit is 55 dB (subject to a fine). Thank you for your understanding and cooperation to ensure everyone enjoys a peaceful and pleasant stay.
