🏠 House Rules

Please review and follow these house rules to help ensure a comfortable stay for everyone:

🔸No parties or events at any time, including loud music or unregistered visitors.
🔸Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM — please be mindful of neighbors and community guidelines.
🔸No smoking inside the unit or directly outside the entrance.
🔸Furniture must remain in its original placement; rearranging is not allowed.
🔸Respect check-in and check-out times — early check-in or late check-out requires prior approval. Comes with a $45 fee.
🔸Pets are not allowed.
🔸Registered guests only — only guests on the reservation may access the property. If you will have visitors, please let us know.
🔸Please treat the home with care and report any issues promptly.
🔸If you are bringing large vehicles such as vans, trailers, and similar, please arrange for your own parking as they won`t fit in the building parking lot.
🔸To gain pool access, kindly send us first + last names of all adult guests; it`s not required for kids. If we don`t receive names, unfortunately, we can`t guarantee pool access.

🔸 The pool is open seasonally, from June through early September each year. Pool Hours (during open season):
Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Sunday: Closed

🔐 Pre-Arrival Requirements

To help ensure a smooth and secure check-in, the primary guest will be required to complete our online pre-arrival verification before check-in, which includes:

- Providing a valid government-issued ID for verification
- Signing the Rental Agreement
- Completing the required security deposit

These steps can be completed securely online through the personal Guest Portal provided after booking. Completion is required to access the check-in instructions and property access information.

⚠️Important Note:

Violations of the House Rules, including but not limited to parties, smoking, unauthorized guests, or excessive disturbances, and Building Community Rules & Guidelines may result in immediate removal from the property and a fine of up to $500 per violation, as permitted by Airbnb policies.

Security Deposit:

A damage deposit of $500 will be collected 3 days before arrival. This will be refunded within 7 days of check-out, assuming no policy violations, which include House Rules & Building Community Guidelines, as well as damage to the property.
