About this cottage rental
Enjoy the best of Norway Bay in this charming, cozy and well appointed three season Cottage. Whether you are seeking a quiet retreat on our wraparound porch or an active family holiday filled with sports and social events, our Cottage you offers it all.
Main Cottage: Open concept, kitchen and living area. An indoor screened in dining room with a large table as well as outdoor dining. Main floor bdrm (Queen), bright and airy. 3bdrms upstairs, 3/4 wall dividing upstairs space. Includes large bedroom with two double beds, 2nd rm with one twin and a crib, and 3rd rm with twin bed
Bunkhouse: a separate bldg with two twin beds.
The porch: our signature, deep, wraparound porch, features water views with outdoor dining area and comfortable “ conversation spaces”.
AMENITIES AND COMFORT
Kitchen: fully equipped with two fridges/freezers, full oven, microwave, crockpot, and multiple coffee options.
Tech: high speed Wi-Fi and a smart TV.
Safety & Laundry: in unit, washer, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, fire extinguisher. Steep staircase to second floor with Rope Railing.
Cooling: AC unit upstairs. Ceiling and portable fans throughout.
OUTDOOR LIVING & COMMUNITY
The Yard: Large and mostly grass covered with equipment for volleyball and badminton
The Beach: a short few steps down the hill to a Sandy beach with great swimming that faces south. Enjoy both sunrise and sunset . A 5 minute stroll takes you to the municipal Beach, the pier, and boat launch.
NBMA Programs: guests can access programs for swim levels, aqua fit, pickle ball, tennis, Dragon, boat and kayaking, arts and crafts, youth, theater, and more, including fun adult and family social activities through the Norway Bay municipal association ( see https://norwaybay.org )

Seasonal: preferred rates available for long-term seasonal rentals.
