Villa Sirotnjak is a charming retreat nestled in the peaceful countryside above Lovran, near Opatija, just8 km from the nearest beaches. Surrounded by nature and offering complete privacy, this unique estate comfortably accommodates up to 10 + 4 guests, making it an ideal choice for large families or groups of friends looking to relax and spend quality time together.
The property consists of three separate accommodation units connected by a spacious garden with BBQ area, providing the perfect balance between togetherness and privacy.The main house is the heart of the estate, featuring aprivate fenced swimming pool (6.30 × 3.60 m) withcomfortable sun loungers, as well as a beautiful traditional stone tavern (konoba) equipped with a dining table, fireplace, stereo system, billiards, and table football. A covered terrace overlooking the pool creates a wonderful setting for relaxing throughout the day.
Inside, the main house offers three air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed and its own en-suite bathroom with a shower. Guests can also enjoy a cosy living room with a fireplace and large TV, a fully equipped kitchen, an indoor dining area, and an outdoor dining space on a covered terrace.
The second unit is a comfortable cottage featuring a queen-size bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, anair-conditioned living room with a sofa bed for two guests, TV, and a private terrace with sun loungers and outdoor dining.
The third unit is a cosy apartment offering a queen-size bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchen, dining area, air-conditioned living room with asofa bed for two, TV, and its own outdoor seating area.
Pets are welcome, with up to two dogs allowed. An additional fee of €10 per dog, per day applies. Dogs are secured within the fully fenced yard.
