The Space:

The bright and spacious living room has been designed in an elegant, modern style. It features a large sofa bed providing additional sleeping space, coffee tables and a Smart TV with access to satellite channels. Blue fabrics, crystal lighting, mirrored details and decorations inspired by the city’s maritime character create an original and inviting space for relaxation. The windows overlook the internal courtyard and the surrounding development.



The kitchenette has been designed in a light colour scheme and is equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and electric kettle. Guests also have access to crockery, cutlery, pots, a frying pan and essential utensils for preparing their own meals. Next to the kitchenette, there is a dining table with seating for four people. For guests’ convenience, a welcome set with coffee, tea and basic spices is provided.



The bedroom features a comfortable double bed prepared with hotel-quality bed linen and a set of pillows. Light-coloured walls with decorative mouldings, upholstered elements in shades of blue and a mirrored bedside table give the interior an elegant character. A spacious wardrobe provides convenient storage space.



The bathroom has been designed in a modern style and features a spacious walk-in shower with a rainfall showerhead and glass screen, a washbasin with a cabinet, a large mirror and a toilet. A washing machine is also available. Hotel-quality towels, a hairdryer and a basic set of toiletries – shower gel, shampoo and soap – are provided.
