Age requirements: You must be over 23 years of age to book accommodation. The Owner or Management Company reserves the right to refuse accommodation to guests who have booked over the internet, phone or through a third party and do not met the minimum age requirements as stated above.
As from 2025 the local council in Loule has implemented The Tourism Tax Charge like in many other cities which is the following:
Summer - 01/04/2026 - 31/10/2026 : EUR 2 per person per night for each adult and child 16 years and over, to a maximum of 5 nights. (So capped at EUR 10 per person per stay).
The Winter charge is EUR 1 per night with similar conditions as above.
Payment can be done either through the booking or payment on arrival
