Residential neighborhood in southern College Station, within easy driving distance of Texas A&M University, local grocery and retail along Texas Avenue, and parks. The vibe is quiet and suburban with university-related rental demand; restaurants, coffee shops, and student-oriented services are a short drive away.
Drive: Most convenient — area is car-dependent; on-site or street parking is commonly available. Rideshare/taxis: Uber, Lyft and local taxis and airport shuttles serve the city. Local bus: Brazos Transit District (BCS fixed routes) runs multiple College Station routes; Texas A&M operates campus shuttles that accept students’ IDs and sometimes serve nearby stops. Bicycling/walking: Some sidewalks and bike lanes exist, but trips to commercial corridors or campus are easier by bike or car. Car rentals available at Easterwood Airport and nearby rental agencies.
We strive to provide a 5-star experience. Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions.
* The property is professionally treated for pests on a regular basis. However, as we are in Texas, an occasional bug may still be seen.

Suburban residential area near the northwest edge of College Station with quiet streets, nearby retail on major corridors, and easy access to Texas A&M University (10–15 minute drive depending on traffic). The vibe is family- and student-friendly — mostly houses and small apartment complexes, with grocery stores, restaurants and gas stations a short drive away.
Car is the most convenient option; most trips (groceries, dining, campus) are 5–20 minutes by car. Brazos Transit District (The District) operates fixed routes within Bryan–College Station and paratransit services; routes and a trip planner are available on the BTD site or app. Texas A&M operates campus shuttles and local routes for students/faculty (some routes accept TAMU/BTD IDs). Rideshare (Uber/Lyft), local taxis and airport shuttles operate in the area. Biking and walking are possible for short local trips but many destinations require a vehicle or bus.
