Maryvilla: Beautiful, cosy house "Sol", 2 storeys. 6 km from the centre of Calpe, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position residential area (villas), traffic calmed area, 1 km from the sea, 1 km from the beach. For shared use: swimming pool (10 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, arbour, terrace, barbecue. Grocery 3 km, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 500 m, bus stop 2 km, sandy beach "Playa Puerto Blanco" 1 km. Sports harbour 1 km, marina 1 km, golf course 15 km. Nearby attractions: Aqualandia, Mundomar, Terra Mítica, Terra Natura, Fuentes del Algar, Guadalest Castle. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
