Tucked into a quiet, family-friendly suburb just outside the centre of Puerto Pollença, this 140m² villa strikes an easy balance between modern comfort and a relaxed, homely feel. It sleeps up to six across three bedrooms: a double room with its own en-suite shower, and two twin rooms sharing a second bathroom, also with a shower. The living room offers a comfortable seating area and TV for evenings in, while the fully independent kitchen comes ready for anything, from a dishwasher and oven to a coffee machine, toaster, and juicer.
Step outside and a fenced garden wraps around a private pool, furnished with outdoor seating and a barbecue for long, unhurried dinners under the stars.
