The living area consists of a living room with a dining area, a sofa, and a TV, and next to it is the open-concept kitchen, which also houses the washing machine.
The sleeping area consists of 1 double bedroom, 1 triple bedroom, and 1 quadruple bedroom, all with air conditioning. Villetta Rosa dei Venti is equipped with 2 bathrooms with showers.

Villetta Rosa dei Venti is located in Torre Colimena, a seaside village situated along the Manduria coastline on the Ionian Sea.
The villa?s strategic location allows you to walk to all the main amenities offered by this small town, famous both for its perfectly preserved 16th-century tower and for its access to the wonderful Salina dei Monaci nature reserve, where, in addition to spotting pink flamingos, the tall dunes and Mediterranean scrub, there is a long beach of soft sand and a pristine, crystal-clear blue sea.
From the vacation home, you can also reach the renowned beaches of Punta Prosciutto and San Pietro in Bevagna in a 5-minute drive, while the beaches of Porto Cesareo are just a 20-minute drive away.
The sea at Torre Colimena is crystal-clear, featuring shades ranging from turquoise to emerald, with sandy seabeds and exceptionally clear waters, ideal for swimming and snorkeling.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 7.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
