We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Situated in Bermondsey, a vibrant area known for its creative energy and rich history. Explore the eclectic mix of local boutiques and eateries or visit nearby attractions like the iconic Tower Bridge. Bermondsey Street offers a trendy array of cafes and galleries, perfect for a leisurely day out.

Conveniently located near the Elephant & Castle Underground Station, just a 10-minute walk away, providing easy access to the Bakerloo and Northern lines. Several bus routes also pass through the area, making it simple to explore London’s many sights.

This property is a self-check-in property. You can check in at any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
