About this house rental
THE SPACE
The living room is built around the screen — a 100-inch TV with deep navy walls and cognac tufted leather around it, big enough that the whole group watches the game together instead of crowding one end of the sofa. Whatever's on that weekend, this is the room for it. A few steps away, the quartz island seats three at the bar with a table for four beside it — seven seats between them, which is where most of the night actually happens once the game is over. The kitchen behind it is fully equipped: full-size refrigerator and freezer, stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave, a drip coffee maker and a Keurig, toaster, blender, kettle, cooking basics and dishes for everyone. Both bathrooms have double vanities — four sinks across the house. The master bath is ensuite with a glass-door tile shower; the second has a full bathtub. Everything is on one level with no stairs, with central air, ceiling fans, fresh linens, a washer and dryer, and room-darkening shades. Out back, an enclosed yard with a patio, table and chairs, a firepit and a BBQ grill — the natural second half of the evening.
Where you'll sleep
Bedroom 1 – king bed (master, ensuite). Bedroom 2 – queen bed. Bedroom 3 – bunk bed plus a small double.
GUEST ACCESS
The entire home is yours — all three bedrooms, both bathrooms, the kitchen, the living and dining space, and the private enclosed backyard with its patio seating, firepit and grill. Free parking is right on the premises, and self check-in with a door code makes arrival easy however late the night runs.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
You're a short drive from WinStar World Casino & Resort — the gaming floors, Lucas Oil Live and the Global Event Center, the restaurants and the spa. Thackerville sits right on the Oklahoma–Texas line, so Gainesville, TX is a quick hop for shopping and dining. The house itself is on a quiet residential street, far enough from the noise to actually sleep. A car is recommended; parking is free and easy at the house.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
This is a peaceful, well-kept home in a quiet residential area, and we ask guests to help keep it that way. No pets — this is a pet-free home. Maximum occupancy of 8 is strictly enforced, including daytime visitors; only registered guests are allowed on the property. No parties or events — no outside guests, though your group is very welcome to enjoy the house together. Strictly no smoking, and no marijuana or drugs of any kind. No glitter, confetti, candles or incense — they wreck the cleaning. Exterior security cameras monitor entry points; there are none inside. The guest who books must be staying at the home, and a government ID may be requested before check-in. We monitor for unauthorized gatherings, occupancy and noise to keep things safe and pleasant for guests and neighbours alike.
