About this apartment rental
We purchased this beautiful apartment near Estepona Golf to enjoy ourselves and to rent out.
The apartment is very luxurious and modern. It’s on the first floor and features a terrace and garden. From the terrace, you can look out over the beautiful garden and the pool.
The lagoon is within walking distance through the beautifully landscaped garden. Here you can go canoeing, pedal boating, and stand-up paddleboarding. All water sports facilities are free of charge. It is surrounded by a white sand beach with comfortable lounge chairs and umbrellas. There is also a playground and a gym. For owners and renters, there is a special entrance with a private beach. There are also three swimming pools here. At the Chiringuito (beach restaurant), you can enjoy a delicious lunch or a drink (open until 7:00 p.m. and only open in the summer). The Chiringuito and the owners’ section of the lagoon are open from May/June through October. In the winter, the entrance is by the main restaurant.
The main restaurant overlooks the lagoon. This restaurant is open from morning until late at night—serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
The apartment features a very luxurious kitchen, including a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, Nespresso, and Dolce Gusto, along with a breakfast bar and a spacious living room. The two bedrooms are large and equipped with built-in closets. The two bathrooms are also very luxurious.
