About this house rental
Our villa is located in Fort de France on the edge of Schœlcher. Nestled in the center of the island between the South (magnificent beaches), and the North (nature and hiking) and close to our magnificent tropical forests and rivers.
The first beaches are 5 kms away by car, those of the South about 30 minutes, and the natural and wild beaches of the Caravelle peninsula 40 minutes away...
Extremely well located close to the city center, while being in the countryside, the setting is very quiet and popular, close to all amenities (shopping center, highways).
The renovated and single-storey villa, at the end of a cul-de-sac, is in the middle of a fenced garden of 1000m2 with trees.
The house is composed of a very nice fitted and equipped kitchen (American fridge) opening onto the terrace. Large living room also opening onto the terrace, spacious, ventilated and equipped with a video projector.
Attached to the house, an independent air-conditioned bungalow with a 2-seater bed. The house also has 2 air-conditioned bedrooms.
The master bedroom has a king size bed with its bathroom equipped with a toilet and a walk-in shower. The other bedroom is a children's room.
The second bathroom with a walk-in shower and a toilet, completes the rooms of the house.
The large terrace will allow you to rest, to have all the meals outside.
The salt swimming pool, with sea view, will give you extra relaxation.
The villa, the large garage and the fully fenced outdoor area that will allow you to park vehicles on site will be yours exclusively booked.
Possibility of additional sleeping accommodation on request.
The villa can only be rented for a minimum of 4 nights.
The house has an electric gate, a washing machine, ironing facilities and cleaning products.
The pool is not secure (no device to prevent the risk of drowning).
Please note that towels and bed linen are included in the price.
It is forbidden to smoking inside.
Pets are not allowed.
Parties are not allowed within the villa.
