The space
Bright, modern 2‑bedroom maisonette perfect for couples or families. The open-plan ground-floor living and dining area features a comfy sofa, smart layout and a dining table for four. A well equipped kitchen with top-brand appliances makes cooking easy. The main bedroom offers built-in wardrobes and a relaxing double bed; an additional attic bedroom provides flexible sleeping space and extra storage. Two bathrooms keep mornings smooth. Step outside to a private terrace with sensational views ideal for morning coffee or sunset drinks. Sleeps up to 4 comfortably (sofa bed available for additional comfort).

Modern comforts include: a well equipped kitchen with a drinking water filter, two bathrooms, balcony/terrace with sea and mountain views, Wi‑Fi, energy efficient fan‑coil heating & cooling, parking, built-in wardrobes. The building is also equipped with a soft water filtration system.

Our pricing is all inclusive, so you wont be surprised with any additional costs after you arrive.

Infants aged 0-2 stay for free, therefore they do not need to be counted as guests if sleeping in a cot. We offer cots, high chairs, baby bath, stroller which are all subject to availability. Guests are kindly asked to enquire in advance to confirm availability.

Guests are advised that the attic space may be challenging for anyone above 180cm due to the slope of the celing. Guests should also take extra care when using the stairs to the attic due to the open spaces. See images in our listing or reach out directly for further details.
