MODERN 2-BEDROOM APARTMENT (2–6 people) on the first floor facing the exterior—green space in front—we have 3 adjoining apartments, each accommodating 2–6 people, ideal for groups of more than 7 people up to a maximum of 18 people (check availability)

Enjoy a comfortable and peaceful stay in a modern, newly renovated apartment designed to make you feel right at home. A cozy and functional space, ideal for both short getaways and longer stays in Madrid. The apartment features 2 fully furnished double bedrooms, designed to offer rest and privacy. The living room has a sofa bed with a spacious mattress (1.40 x 1.90), perfect for additional guests. For your comfort year-round, the apartment features heat and cool air conditioning in every bedroom and the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances, and the apartment also includes a washer and dryer, which is very convenient for extended stays. It is a ground-floor unit with a separate entrance, which makes access easier and offers greater privacy, comfort, functionality, and all the amenities of a home. We want you to feel at home, which is why you’ll always find little complimentary touches designed to make your arrival more comfortable and special.
