THE SPACE
This 1BR/1.5BA home is newly remodeled to blend natural elements with modern finishes. The first floor has an open-concept living room, kitchen, dining area and designated work space with a laundry closet and half bathroom. The second floor features a large bedroom/living space with one queen bed, one bunk bed, a cozy sitting nook overlooking the lake, and a full bathroom with shower/tub. There is plenty of floor space upstairs if guests want to bring an air mattress for additional guests. The kitchen is adequately equipped for cooking meals together and we have a propane grill outside as well. The upstairs is comfortably cooled with mini-split air conditioning that also helps cool downstairs.

We provide guests with three kayaks to explore the lake and a smart TV, board games, and puzzles for inside entertainment. Gather with friends on the huge wrap-around deck or roast marshmallows at the small firepit.

We love this gem because it is close to Sylvan Beach and so many other attractions, but is hiding away on a quiet street with access to a stunning nook of the lake right by Lewis Point – a renowned hub for fishing and ice fishing walleye and yellow perch.

Guests will enjoy private access to the entire home and outdoor spaces.


PARKING
Our driveway can accommodate up to 2 cars, ensuring ample parking for your convenience.


LAKE ACCESS
We have deeded access to Oneida Lake at an access point a short 1-2 minute walk from the property. Please walk on the paved/gravel road as opposed to cutting through the neighbor’s yards.

Swimming is permitted from our access point. We recommend wearing water shoes because the shore is covered in hard shells.

We provide three kayaks (with life jackets) for guests to use at your leisure. Life jackets are required while using our kayaks and kayakers must not be under the influence of any alcohol or substances.

You are welcome to bring your own small watercraft. like kayaks, paddleboards, and jet skis, which can be launched from our lake access point.

Boats can be launched at public boat launches. The Cove Road State Boat Launch in Sylvan Beach is 10.2 miles away and the South Shore Boat Launch in Bridgeport is 9.2 miles away.


NO SMOKING
Smoking is not permitted inside the home. This includes cigarettes, vapes, and cannabis. If you choose to smoke outdoors, please refrain from littering and take precautions to prevent fires or damage.


WE ARE DOG-FRIENDLY!
We’re thrilled to welcome your dog to our home! To make sure everyone has a fantastic stay, follow these simple rules:

-We allow one dog per stay. We may approve additional dogs upon request. Please message us to discuss your needs further.
-Any dogs must be listed on your reservation when booking.
-Dogs are not permitted on the beds or furniture. Please bring a crate or pet bed for them.
-Dogs must be house-trained and are not to be left alone inside the property for more than an hour.
-The property is not fenced in, so dogs must be leashed when outside.
-Guests are responsible for picking up and properly disposing of pet waste in the outdoor garbage bin.
-Your pet’s vaccinations should be up-to-date.
-Visitors are not permitted to bring pets.
-A nonrefundable $50 pet fee applies to cover the cost of a deep clean after your stay.
