The Space:

The sleeping area features a comfortable double bed with hotel-quality bed linen and a set of pillows. The room also includes a desk with a chair, providing a convenient workspace for a laptop, as well as an open clothes rack.



The lounge area has been designed in a cosy loft style. It features a sofa providing an additional sleeping space, a coffee table and a Smart TV with access to cable channels. The exposed brick wall, wooden ceiling beams and decorative fireplace, which serves an ornamental purpose only, give the interior its distinctive character. The windows overlook the surrounding city buildings.



The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge-freezer, induction hob, coffee machine, electric kettle and toaster. Guests also have access to crockery, cutlery, pots, a frying pan and essential cooking utensils. A dining table with seating is located nearby. For added convenience, a welcome set with coffee, tea and basic seasonings is provided.



The bathroom is equipped with a shower with a rainfall showerhead and glass enclosure, a washbasin, a mirror and a toilet. Hotel-quality towels, a hairdryer and a basic set of toiletries - shower gel, shampoo and soap - are provided for guests.
