This beautiful Queen Anne Victorian features six bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and has been fully renovated and equipped with everything you need for your stay. Spacious, family-friendly and conveniently located, MacKinnon Manor is the perfect place for your New Haven & Yale vacation!

MacKinnon Manor includes both apartments located within this beautifully updated multi-family home, so you will have the whole house to yourself. We have invested years of our time, care, and attention into every detail, creating a space that we think you`ll love.

Each apartment blends style and functionality, featuring central air conditioning, brand-new kitchens and bathrooms, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, and elegant granite countertops. This house also has a backyard, grill, and a private driveway with an EV charger.

PLEASE NOTE that our EV charger is undergoing maintenance (as of 7/20). It will be back up and running soon, but please make sure to ask us first if you are hoping to use it.

Apartment 1: Located on the First Floor with 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath.
Apartment 2: Located on the Second and Third Floors. The second floor has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. The third floor as an additional 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath.

If guests run out of these items or there is something not provided in the unit that they need, guests are expected to obtain these items on their own. We have a list of grocery store options in our guidebook if needed.
