Bright, spacious and modern studio in central Nice, in the Riquier train station neighbourhood, perfect for your French Riviera explorations. The studio was fully refurbished in spring '25, resulting in a highly functional, comfortable and stylish space. It is an open plan, 35-m2 apartment on the ground level of a 4-floor building. You will enjoy a high speed Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and sofa at a walking distance from the Port of Nice or the Plage de la Reserve beach.
The space
Welcome to our city escape in lovely Nice!
This 35m² open-plan loft like studio is thoughtfully designed to blend comfort, simplicity, and style. Located in the lively Riquier neighbourhood, it is just a 5-minute walk from the Riquier train station and a 15-minute stroll to the beaches.
Once inside our studio you will enjoy:
A comfortable queen-size bed, 140 x 200 cm. If you are a family of three or four, or travelling with your friends, there is a comfortable convertible sofa bed with a Bultex mattress.
Our kitchen is fully equipped, including a Siemens dishwasher and a washing machine, a full size Bosch oven, Telefunken induction cooking plate, a 250 l Bosch fridge, a powerful air purifier by Zepter, small kitchen appliances like a Nesspresso coffee machine, Philips kettle, and numerous pans and pots.
A very special touch is provided by stylish decorative objects, like Pols Potten iconic vases or other carefully chosen interior decoration objects.
A central AC unit helps maintain a fresh and relaxing environment.
Our street-level apartment is accessible without stairs should you need it. 14 m of very large windows brighten the space without direct sunlight — ideal for working or unwinding throughout the day. You can lower the blinds, or just use linen curtains for indirect light.
Whether you're here for a romantic getaway, a family reunion, a remote work retreat, this modern studio apartment offers everything for a smooth, stress-free stay.
Please note: as with any urban location, some street noise and warm summer days are there — but we’ve equipped the space with appliances to keep you cool and comfortable.

The shopping center TNL is 10-minute walk from the apartment, as well as bakeries, groceries, bio shops, and several very good restaurants. After you book, you will be sent our list of favorite places near the apartment as well as a list of must see spots.

The apartment is situated on the ground level with no steps to climb. It has one large room and a kitchen and a shower bathroom which you enter from the kitchen. It is on the corner of two streets with a very moderate traffic.
