The 58-square-meter apartment is practically furnished and offers everything you need for a hassle-free stay: a separate kitchen, a cozy living room, and a bedroom with a double bed. On the terrace, you can soak up the sun and wind down the evening in a relaxed atmosphere. Bicycle storage is available. The apartment’s entrance is accessible via a flight of stairs.
Pets are not allowed. Free parking is available right at the property.

Beautiful 58-square-meter non-smoking apartment. The vacation apartment features a separate entrance, a kitchen, a separate bedroom, a living room with a TV, and a bathroom with a toilet, bathtub, and separate shower. The apartment also has its own terrace.



On-site costs: Includes bed linens, towels, and final cleaning. Pets are not allowed. The minimum stay is 5 nights. Note regarding the guest tax: To promote regional tourism, overnight guests staying at lodging facilities in the Gerolstein municipal association have been required to pay a guest tax of 0.75 euros per person per night since 01.01.2024.
