The apartment has a self check in system and you will be asked to fill in the data necessary to register guests with the Italian Police before your arrival.
The apartment is located in a condominium and it is therefore necessary to maintain adequate behavior, to observe silence, not to hold parties or listen to loud music, not to smoke at home or in common areas, do not leave objects of any kind unattended in common areas, do not crash suitcases on the steps, do not cause any type of disturbance to the neighborhood, do not expose the trash can outside the front door. It is recommended to arrive at times that do not cause disturbance, so it is absolutely not recommended to check in at night after 9 p.m.
For your waste you simply have to leave it at home, our cleaning staff will pick it up when you leave. You will need to separate them as follows: Paper and Cardboard; Plastic and Cans; Glass; Wet Waste; Dry Waste.
