The studio is exceptionally bright and beautifully designed, featuring stunning views of the sea, a shared swimming pool, and a lush garden. Positioned just 10 metres from the beach, you'll enjoy direct access to the waterfront and the opportunity to embrace a relaxed seaside lifestyle. The property boasts a furnished balcony and shared sun terrace, ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation whilst taking in the Mediterranean views.



This well-appointed studio includes a queen-size bed, private bathroom with shower, and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is thoughtfully stocked with essential appliances including a refrigerator, oven, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, and complete kitchenware. Air conditioning ensures comfort throughout your stay, whilst Wi-Fi connectivity keeps you connected.





The shared swimming pool (11 x 5 metres) provides a refreshing retreat during warm days. The property features an outdoor shower, sun loungers and even the private pine forest just infront of the property.



Petrcane's charming neighbourhood offers convenient access to local amenities. The Lounge Bar is just 600 metres away, whilst Konzum supermarket is 750 metres distant. Restaurant Terazza is within 1 kilometre for dining experiences. For broader exploration, Zadar's historic old town is 13 kilometres away, featuring cultural attractions and traditional restaurants. The area is well-connected with Zadar train station and main bus station both 14 kilometres away, and Zadar Airport approximately 23 kilometres distant.
