About this apartment rental
The space
The apartment opens to the south, west and east of the Serbian capital, with sliding glass doors and windows overlooking both the heart of the city and the New Belgrade area and offering dramatic sunsets. It has two bedrooms equipped with queen size beds, and spacious wardrobes. The smaller bedroom is adjacent to the shower bathroom and the larger one has its own bath tub and a toilet.
The whole area is of 85 sqm, plus two small terraces equipped with coffee tables and chairs to allow you to enjoy a drink outdoors.
The owners have put a lot of efforts to create a unique space, privileging the local artists' work who created lovely solid walnut furniture and paintings and icons.
All appliances are of high quality and function perfectly. There are 4 inverter A/C units, one in each bedroom and 2 in the living room and the dining space. Please keep the windows and the doors closed when using them as the electricity prices have gone through the roof recently.
The apartment is at a walking distance from all points of interest, including the shopping mall in the Rajiceva street, restaurants in the Beton hala and the Belgrade waterfront development offering a nice walk by the Sava river, a good choice of restaurants and shopping in the Galerija mall. If you’re into jogging, just cross the Brankov bridge and you’ll find yourself at the confluence of the Sava and the Danube rivers, with a huge park. This area has a great shopping mall and the museum of the modern arts with iconic pieces from the 20th century.
Food supermarkets in the area are open until late and the one at Cvetni trg 24/7.
Belgrade is a vibrant city and no other neighborhood witnesses more to it than this one.
