About this house rental

Some trips need more than one roof. Set high on a steep, downward-sloping ridge above Hideout, on the eastern shoulder of the Jordanelle Reservoir, Serenity Now and Pretty, Pretty, Pretty Good come together as a single buyout built for the group that travels big — up to 32 guests across ten bedrooms and two similarly sized homes, each with more than 3,800 square feet of space. Book both, and everyone lands in the same place: the whole crew together when it counts, with room to scatter when it doesn't. From this elevated perch, the Jordanelle glints below, the mountains roll off toward the horizon, and the freshly expanded east side of Deer Valley sits just minutes down the road. Serenity Now also brings an 8-person custom-built-in clear cedar sauna, giving the group one more standout place to unwind between lake days, ski days, and long evenings with the view.

Serenity Now is the showpiece of the pair. Built around its view across four levels, it opens at the top floor onto a great room where an entire wall of floor-to-ceiling glass slides away and dissolves the line between the living space and the mountains beyond. A gas fireplace and a premium sound system give the room its center of gravity, and the kitchen is a true chef's setup — high-end stainless, an espresso machine, a dining table for ten, and a row of island stools that keep everyone close to the cooking. Three separate decks each frame the same scenery, with a BBQ grill on the balcony for dinner outside, a fire pit for cool evenings, a hot tub overlooking Deer Valley and Jordanelle Reservoir, and a cold plunge for the bold. A level down, the game room pulls everyone back after dinner with two arcade games, a shuffleboard table, and a poker setup. Five bedrooms spread across the levels sleep 14, led by a primary suite with a king and a spa-style walk-in shower, plus a dedicated bunk room for the kids and the kids at heart.

Next door, Pretty, Pretty, Pretty Good carries the same view and the same easy pace across its own set of levels, sleeping up to 18. Its main floor gathers around a bright, open kitchen, living, and dining space where big windows frame the reservoir and the ridgeline, and a dining table for ten keeps long dinners from spilling onto laps. Downstairs, a dedicated movie room is made for sprawling out for a film, and a shelf of games in the family room covers slow mornings and the odd rainy afternoon. Out on the deck, a hot tub and a cold plunge sit side by side for the full hot-cold reset, with a natural gas grill for dinner outside and a fire feature to gather around once the temperature drops. A king master with its own bath and a bunk room sit upstairs, while the lower level rounds things out with queen bedrooms, an ensuite bunk room, and a quiet office for anyone who needs to check in with the outside world — plus a pack-'n-play and high chair for the littlest travelers.

Together, the two homes hand a big group everything it actually needs: two hot tubs, two cold plunges, fire to gather around at each house, entertainment on both sides, and dining for twenty without anyone eating off their lap. An on-site EV charger means cars top up overnight, so every morning starts with a full battery.

When it's time to head out, you're minutes from the Deer Valley East Village base, where the new East Village Express and the nearby Jordanelle Express Gondola put world-class runs within easy reach — at a resort named the United States' Best Ski Resort by the World Ski Awards for thirteen straight years. Come summer, the reservoir becomes the backyard, with the marina's boat rentals, paddleboarding, fishing, and swimming down the hill, plus zip-lining, ATV trails, and hiking close at hand. Historic Main Street in Park City — galleries, shops, and restaurants, at their liveliest during Sundance and the Park City Arts Festival — sits a short drive west.

Ski all morning, soak all afternoon, or just settle onto a deck and watch the light move across the water. With two homes side by side above the Jordanelle, the group stays together — and the view sets the pace.
