(no elevator no ramps with a flat climb) .La Casa di Fede is a 60 square meter apartment located on the third floor of a residential building in Aprica. The spaces have been designed to accommodate up to three guests , offering an ideal balance between privacy and conviviality.
The apartment consists of a double bedroom , the heart of the sleeping area, which ensures proper rest after days spent in the mountains. The living area has a unique environment where the living room and kitchen are harmoniously integrated, creating a welcoming and functional space. The double sofa bed in the living room allows you to comfortably accommodate the third guest, while maintaining the versatility of the rooms. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals independently, while the bathroom completes the apartment's equipment with all the necessary amenities.
The technological equipment includes a television for moments of relaxation after mountain excursions. The washing machine allows you to manage the laundry in complete autonomy, particularly useful for extended stays or after sports activities. The location of the apartment allows you to quickly reach both the town center and the ski lifts , making every move comfortable and fast. During the summer season, the area is transformed into a paradise for lovers of trekking and outdoor activities , while in winter it offers excellent opportunities for skiing and winter sports . We recommend that at the time of booking, bed linen and towels must be requested and the payment of the same equal to 25 euros per person thank you very much.
The reservation will be considered confirmed only when the contract is signed, which includes all the conditions and details of the stay.

Please respect the rest of your neighbors, avoiding annoying noises, loud music and noise, especially from 22:00 to 08:00.
No parties or events are allowed inside the apartment.
The apartment can only be occupied by regularly registered guests.
It is recommended to take care of the furniture, appliances and all equipment in the accommodation.
Before going outside, be sure to turn off lights, appliances and cookers.
It is mandatory to carry out the separate collection correctly and to deliver the waste in the appropriate bins. Please do not leave waste in the apartment at the end of your stay.
Do not move furniture or furnishings without permission.
Any damage, failure or malfunction must be reported promptly.
When leaving the apartment, make sure that doors and windows are properly closed.
Check-out must be done within the agreed time.
