Welcome to our waterfront home at the head of Narragansett Bay. After decades raising kids and juggling careers, we designed this as our personal retreat. When we're traveling, we share it with guests who'll appreciate it as much as we do.

The home sleeps 4 comfortably with queen beds in the upstairs bedroom and modern pull-out couch on the main level. Two full bathrooms allow for everyone to have a little privacy and space.

Winter here has a particular appeal. The water views are stunning year-round, but there's something peaceful about watching winter light shift across the bay while staying cozy by the fire. Floor-to-ceiling windows bring the outdoors in without the cold. It's the kind of environment where you can actually think clearly and get work done - perfect for sabbaticals, remote work, or finally making progress on that project.

The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to cook for yourself, or you can explore Providence's excellent restaurant scene just minutes away. We've set up a dedicated workspace with everything you need to be productive. The water views are there whenever you need a moment to reset throughout your day.

The lower-level "speakeasy" is where most guests end up spending their evenings - an intimate space with vinyl, comfortable seating, perfect for unwinding with a book and a cocktail. In winter, it is a favorite cozy hideaway.

The waterfront deck is wonderful when weather permits, but winter is really about the indoor experience here - fireplace, expansive water views, and the gentle rhythm of the river.

You're 20 minutes to Brown University and Providence-area universities, close to Providence hospitals and corporate centers. Minutes to Barrington and the Newport Ferry. Or just stay put and let this place work its magic.

We've curated this space as a sanctuary and welcome guests who'll treat it with the same care we do.

GUEST ACCESS: All rooms are available for your use, with the exception of any closets marked "Owners" and the basement storage area.

OTHER NOTES: While we love children (we have 4 of our own, and 4 grands), this is a home meant for adults. It is not suitable for children. Apologies in advance but severe allergies make it so we cannot extend our welcome to the furry members of your family.
