While the building itself is older, it is peaceful, well-maintained, providing a relaxing stay in the heart of the Gold Coast.

• No parties or events are allowed. If the place is left in a very uncleaned condition, $100 cleaning fee for each additional hour.

• Turn off the AC when you go out.
• Respect check-in and check-out times.
• Lost keys incur a replacement fee of $200 for set.
