Someplace Else is just a 8 minute (5 block) stroll to the Alabama Beach access that features a crosswalk, restrooms, and handicap access, and 2 blocks from biking and walking trails via the Island Greenway! This charming getaway offers everything you need for a memorable coastal vacation.
Inside, you'll find a bright, open floor plan with hardwood floors, abundant natural light, and plenty of space for family and friends to gather. The kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar perfect for morning coffee or casual meals.
One of the home's standout features is the spacious covered porch surrounded by mature trees. Whether you're enjoying a quiet morning or an afternoon nap, this relaxing outdoor space is the perfect spot to take in the coastal breeze. Downstairs, guests can enjoy a ground-level gathering area with a grill and outdoor seating for family cookouts and memorable evenings together.
The home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests with a bedding configuration of 3 Queen beds, providing cozy accommodations for families, couples, or friends traveling together. Multiple bathrooms and an in-home laundry area add convenience throughout your stay.
Located close to local restaurants, shopping, and area attractions, Someplace Else offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm. The property is located a few blocks from a beach access with restrooms and is close to the greenway for biking!

Stay Requirements: 2 Night- Minimum
Bedding Configuration: 3 Queen Beds
Parking: Ample parking for 5 vehicles in driveway.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
Prohibited: Smoking, Use of Fireplace, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund. All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
