About this house rental
Located between Wallingford, Fremont and Phinney Ridge, just off 99, this charming 1911 craftsman home is an ideal location to explore the city, just a couple minutes’ walk to coffee shops, restaurants, and local grocery store. Thoughtfully decorated with rotating vintage furniture and art with modern amenities. Sleeps 4.
1910 craftsman with dark exposed wood trim in the living and dining room with original quarter sawn oak floors (not refinished, so they have a patina). Updated bathroom with tile floors, subway tiled shower and bath. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking a delicious meal, viking fridge and gas stove. North guest room has a tuft and needle queen mattress. South bedroom has a king Avocado mattress with topper. We use all cotton or linen bedding with down comforters. Enjoy the moderate Seattle weather on your front porch and private fenced front yard. If you‘re feeling up to exploring the area, there is lots to do and see within walking distance to the house. This is NOT a professionally remodeled home, please consider this when booking, it has quirks like most old homes.
NO DESIGNATED PARKING- having an issue with the listing staying updated, there is a driveway next to the rental for loading and unloading only. Ample free street parking north of 46th st.

The house is on a main street and it can be loud in morning when people start commuting. If you are sensitive to sound we would recommend using ear plugs, we have some in the unit.
