1st Bedroom: 1 King bed with Private Ensuite Bathroom + Roku Device TV.
2nd Bedroom: 1 Queen Bed + Roku Device TV.
3rd Bedroom: Bunk bed, Full Size at the bottom and Twin Size at the top. Please consider we can fit the 7th guest if two are comfortable sleeping on the full size bed.

The home offers one full relaxing baths stocked with essential toiletries and fresh towels for maximum comfort and convenience. One bathroom is private to the master bedroom and the second one is shared.

We made sure to make an outdoor space as enjoyable as we could. The backyard has beautiful gazebo with lights which creates a truly tropical atmosphere.
There is a large sectional with a Smart Tv under the gazebo.

✔ Propane Grill (If the gas tank is empty, you can exchange it at almost any gas station, and we will refund your money!)

You won't need to carry your bags far. There is parking for up to 3 small to mid-size vehicles right in front of the house. Street and grass parking is prohibited.
Driveway - Can fit up to 3 cars. (NO STREET OR GRASS PARKING)

We can refer a company that offers clean, sanitized premium baby gear delivered directly to your stay and picked up at the end of your stay. Guests enjoy 10% off.

FIFA ATTENDEES:
Miami just announced a free shuttle to the Miami Stadium for FIFA. The free service is first-come, first-served and available exclusively to ticket holders.
Our guests can now take free public transit from four stations. We have two stations 20 minutes away if you need transportation. If you are driving over there, the Hard Rock stadium is 30 minutes away.
Other things to note
Just a friendly reminder that if the propane tank for the grill runs out or it’s found empty, you’ll need to replace it down the street. If noticed the tank empty, don’t worry, we’ll refund the refill. Because not all guests use the grill, it depends on the reservation to take care of the propane themselves. Thanks for understanding!

1. Parking: A maximum of 3 vehicles is allowed. No street parking, no grass parking.
2. No Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property — including inside the house, the terrace, balconies, and the driveway area. This is a completely smoke-free home. A $100 fee will occur.
3. Visitors: All visitors must be pre-approved by management. Please notify us in advance, especially for gatherings involving multiple guests.
