Welcome to Kamaole Sands 9-204. This budget friendly garden view 2nd floor condo is the perfect place to make your Maui memories. This condo is equipped to accommodate 3 guests. Stay cool year round with AC in both the living room and the bedroom, & ceiling fans. Enjoy your garden and Haleakala view lanai. Kamaole Sands is located in the heart of S. Kihei where some of the best beaches, dining, & shopping is located. Cross the street for Kamaole III Beach park, a local & tourist favorite.

Lanai: Garden and Haleakalā view with bistro table and seating for two. Beach gear provided — chairs, umbrella, and cooler (no snorkel gear). Please rinse off sand before bringing items back inside.
Bedroom: Queen-size bed, portable AC, ceiling fan, Smart TV with cable, USB chargers on nightstands, and closet space.
Primary Bathroom: Walk-in shower, single sink vanity, and upgraded cabinetry.
Second Bathroom: Walk-in shower, single sink vanity, and custom cabinetry.

Damage Insurance Fee: $100 covers up to $1,500 in accidental damage — accidents happen, we have you covered

CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: Surrounding buildings may have ongoing plumbing and roof improvement work. Activity occurs Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, but no resort amenities (pool, elevators, etc.) are affected.
UNIT CONDITION: This clean budget friendly unit has an older aesthetic and has not been remodeled. Please see all photos and manage expectations before booking.
PEST CONTROL AND ROOSTERS: Due to Maui’s rural location, you may encounter roosters or harmless geckos — they’re friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck. Please don’t harm them.
The HOA performs regular pest control, but insects and lizards are part of island life. Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected. If you notice excess pest activity, we’ll coordinate with the HOA to help.
CLIMATE: Hawaii’s tropical climate supports insects, rodents, and lizards; these do not constitute grounds for refund or rental adjustment.
DISTURBANCES: We also cannot guarantee freedom from nearby disturbances (construction, traffic, or other guests).
