Important Notes
• All extensions must be requested & confirmed in advance.
• Extensions depend on cleaning schedules, pool servicing, & incoming reservations.
• Unapproved early check-ins or late check-outs may incur additional fees.


A quick note on restricted areas: a few spaces are locked for safety and maintenance purposes. The downstairs and 2nd floor closets are locked with keypads. There is also a locked cleaning supply closet on the first floor. All are kept secured to ensure guest safety, especially for children.

House Rules & Policies – Please Read Carefully

In case of hurricanes, inclement weather, or necessary repairs, certain amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity.

Because it gets warm here, there may be animals and/or bugs. We have pest control but that doesn't guarantee they don't sneak in sometimes. We apologize should it happen.

Because the above situations are out of our control, we do not provide refunds for them.

To ensure a safe, respectful, & enjoyable experience for all guests and neighbors, the following house rules are strictly enforced:

Quiet Hours: STRICTLY ENFORCED starting at 10 PM. Excessive noise or complaints may result in a fine or immediate removal.

No Pets:
We do not allow pets on the property under any circumstances including Emotional Support Animals “ESA”. The owners are allergic. Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fine & immediate termination of the stay without refund.

No Smoking:
Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside or outside of the home. Evidence of smoking indoors or outdoors will result in a $500 deep cleaning fee & immediate removal from the property.

Noise & Parties:
This is a quiet, residential neighborhood. Parties, loud music, & disruptive noise are not allowed. QUIET HOURS are STRICTLY ENFORCED starting at 10:30 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or disturbances $250 Fine & immediate eviction with no refund.

No Smoking:
Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside & outside. Evidence of smoking indoors will result in a $500 deep cleaning fee and immediate removal from the property.

Sauna:
▪ No glass, bottles, drinks or food inside
▪ Children must be supervised by an adult at all times
▪ Turn Off Sauna After Use
~ Misuse, contamination, or damage carries a $500 cleaning/restoration fee.

Inside Fireplace:
▪ Faux fireplace & unable to be turned on
▪ Tampering or moving logs carries a $500 fee.

Violation of Any Rule:
Violation of any of the above rules gives us the right to cancel the reservation & remove guests from the property without a refund.

Exterior security cameras are in use for safety & monitoring. No interior spaces are recorded. TAMPERING with CAMERAS or UNPLUGGING the network is immediate EVICTION + $500 Fee no Refunds.
