Presented with the quality and assurance of Kanal Dalyan Villa Rental, Villa Parna is situated in Gülpınar, one of the most popular areas of Dalyan, just 150 metres from restaurants and cafes. Located only a 2-minute walk from the Sevgi Yolu walking trail, our villa offers guests a lush green garden adorned with orange trees and bougainvillea. Built on a large plot of 585 m2 with an indoor living area of 230 m2, our villa can accommodate up to 8 adults and 2 children (under 12). An extra portable bed can be provided, and for larger groups, there is an option to rent it together with the neighbouring Villa Assuwa.

In our garden, there is a semi-secluded private swimming pool measuring 5 x 9 metres with a depth of 1.50 metres and a metal ladder entry, alongside a children's pool for our little guests. Outdoors, there are 7 sun loungers, 1 parasol, outdoor seating groups for 4 and 6 people, an alfresco dining table for 6, an outdoor shower, and a built-in barbecue area. There is also a private parking space for our guests within the villa grounds.

On the ground floor of our villa, there is a spacious air-conditioned lounge featuring three three-seater sofas, a Smart TV, and a terrace area. The fully equipped open-plan kitchen integrated into the lounge includes all the appliances you need, such as a fridge, dishwasher, oven, hob, tea maker, filter coffee machine, and toaster, with direct access to the garden. Also on this floor is an air-conditioned double bedroom with direct garden access, and a communal bathroom-WC. A ramp at the entrance of the villa facilitates the use of wheelchairs or pushchairs.

There are three further bedrooms on the upper floor. The first room has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a balcony; the second has two single beds and a balcony; and the third has a double bed and a balcony. Air conditioning, a wardrobe, and a dressing table are standard in these bedrooms, and there is an additional communal bathroom-WC for these rooms.

For your comfort and safety, Wi-Fi, a safety deposit box, a fire extinguisher, a first aid kit, a smoke alarm, and mosquito nets on the windows are provided. A baby cot and high chair are supplied for our younger guests, and the villa also features an electric hot water support unit.
