Cocoonr is offering this charming duplex flat for rent in Bolquère, within walking distance of the ski resort. It measures 73 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests.
Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), the duplex is laid out as follows:
Ground floor:
- A 33 m² living area with a TV lounge and a dining area
- An open-plan fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, raclette and fondue sets...
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140x190)
- A bathroom with a bath and shower
- Separate toilet
First floor:
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140x190), a TV and a double sofa bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: one double bed (140x190)
- A shower room
- Separate toilet
Outside:
- A south-facing balcony with a table and chairs to enjoy the sunny days
The flat is ideally located in Bolquère, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars at the foot of the slopes, bowling alley, casino, etc.

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. We would be grateful if you could leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
