This peaceful waterfront cottage on Crowe Lake offers 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, thoughtfully designed for both privacy and connection. The main floor features a private primary suite with its own ensuite bathroom and sitting area. The three additional bedrooms are located upstairs and share a full bathroom (main floor) and a half bath (upstairs).

With a spacious living area and beautiful sunrise views over the water, the home is designed for comfort, relaxation, and easy lakeside living.

The area is surrounded by beautiful trails, rivers, and conservation areas perfect for hiking and exploring.

Crowe Lake has clear water and a maximum depth of approximately 15.2 metres, making it a great spot for swimming and water activities in the summer months.

It is also a well-known fishing destination with a wide variety of species. Anglers can find up to 14 types of fish, including walleye, yellow perch, smallmouth and largemouth bass, northern pike, rock bass, and black crappie.

Hi, I’m Laura - your host for this stay. I personally manage this property and am here to ensure everything runs smoothly from booking to checkout.

The home has propane heating and air conditioning throughout for year-round comfort. There are also ceiling fans in the upstairs hallway and primary suite, plus a tabletop fan available upstairs if needed. All windows open for fresh air, and the twin room features a skylight that opens.

Suggested Items to Bring:

• Firewood is not provided (if you plan to use the fire pit, please bring your own)
• We recommend bringing properly fitting life jackets for adults and children
• Seasonal essentials such as sunscreen or bug spray (hiking and outdoor activities)
• We have a Nespresso coffee machine and provide your first pod of coffee. Please bring cream and any other coffee essentials you may need. You can find Nespresso Vertuo pods at the local grocery store.
Please treat the home with care

• No smoking or vaping indoors
• No parties or events
• Only registered or approved guests permitted
• Respect quiet hours and neighbours. The local noise bylaw is in effect from 11 pm to 6 am.
• Fireworks have specific allowances and restrictions, please inquire or look up
• When leaving, please ensure doors and windows are closed, especially the skylight.
• In the winter, please turn thermostat to 54 degrees and make sure the gas fireplace is off. In the summer, please turn air conditioner off when not in use and before you leave.
• Supervise children, especially near stairs and waterfront
• Please wipe up any spills promptly to help keep the space in great condition.
• This is a family cottage - we ask that you treat the space and furnishings with care and respect.
• Please be mindful of noise. If playing music, keep the volume at a respectful level for the neighbours.
• Please leave the cottage in a tidy condition upon departure.
• Check-in and check-out times are to be adhered to, unless arranged in advance.

Pet Policy:

We’re happy to host guests with pets! Please review the following guidelines:

• $50 non-refundable pet fee per pet, per stay
• For safety, pets must remain on the property unless accompanied by owner - a dog cable is available if needed - located in the cupboard behind sink.
• No pets on furniture or bedding
• Pets must be house-trained
• Do not leave pets unattended unless crated. A large crate is available.
• If your pet is prone to barking when left alone, please take them with you when you go out. Many local shops and restaurants are pet-friendly and welcoming to dogs
• Please clean up after your pet. Place pet waste in bags, tied closed then place in the garbage
• Guests accept full responsibility for their pets and any associated damages or disturbances
• Any excessive cleaning, damage, or pet hair may result in additional charges

Your safety is important to us. By booking this property and choosing to use the kayaks or any waterfront equipment, you acknowledge that all water activities are undertaken at your own risk.

Guests are responsible for their own safety and for supervising all members of their group, including children. Watercraft may only be used while in a sober and responsible state.
