About this house rental
This house is unique because of its astonishing outdoor space, right in front of the ocean. We are in the heart of Conchalio, La libertad Costa. Only a few minutes from punta roca, el tunco and several strip-centers where you can go shopping or dinning. This home is equipped with water filter system throughout, it has a soccer pitch where you can have fun playing a match. This home is modern and gorgeous on the inside and out. No pets allowed, be conscious about water and electricity usage.
The space
Bella's Beach home is great to spend time away from the city with family and friends, it has direct beach access and gorgeous ocean views to enjoy a sunset or sunrise on the deck.
Each room is furnished with air conditioning, the home has a water filter system, carbon monoxide, smoke alarm, and first aid kit.
On-site support staff is available for any needs in the house, questions around the area, restaurants, or anything you might need help with.
The on-site staff sleeps in the guest house outside Bella's Beach Home.
Bella's Beach Home is conveniently located only 30 minutes away from the city of San Salvador, 45 minutes from the International Airport, 5 minutes to Punta Roca, 10 minutes to Surf City, 10 minutes to El tunco and all the night life.
El Encuentro and San Marino shopping center are just 7 minutes away, you can find several types of restaurants, super market, pharmacy and convenient stores as well as gas stations near by.
Guest access
Guest have access to the entire house, pool, and outdoor area.
Other things to note
1. The property accomodates up to 8 guests per night comfortably.
2. We kindly ask guest to be mindful of water and electricity usage during their stay.
3. Do not run around the house if you are wet to prevent any accidents, the same goes outside around the pool do not run around the pool to avoid anyone falling and hurting themselves.
4. Pool rules: Please shower before entering the pool after coming from the beach.
5. There are two outdoor showers that can be use
6. Please use the outdoor bathroom when you are on the pool or on the beach.
7. Glass container and glass bottles are not permitted in the pool area.
8. Any damage to the property or any household item must be reported during your stay to prevent from being charge later.
9. No pets allowed.
