Hélène and Jean-François are pleased to welcome you to their family home in Mouans-Sartoux, at the Mas des Restanques.
This Provençal farmhouse with swimming pool and petanque court, nestled in front of the hills, can accommodate up to 8 people.
A peaceful place, for sharing and tranquility, this house is welcoming for a family stay or for a group of friends who want to get together for a summer: everything is there for you to have a relaxing and memorable stay!
The accommodation
Composed of a large kitchen, a dining room, a large living room, 4 bedrooms, 1 baby room, a bathroom with walk-in shower, 2 bathrooms with bathtub, a private swimming pool, several outdoor spaces including a pool house, a petanque court and a badminton court, this charming house can accommodate up to 8 travelers.
Night areas:
On the first floor:
- 1 bedroom with a 160cm bed with a small terrace overlooking the hills and its private bathroom.
- 1 bedroom with a 140cm bed opening onto a small terrace and its private shower room.
On the first floor:
- 2 bedrooms each with 2 twin beds of 80cm (which can be pushed together) which share the upstairs bathroom.
- 1 baby room with changing table.
You will also appreciate this house for its various outdoor spaces:
- a shaded terrace adjoining the kitchen with a large table, benches and chairs.
- a large private swimming pool with deckchairs (with protective barrier for children).
- a pool house covered.
- a stone barbecue to be used without moderation.
- a petanque court and a badminton court located at the back of the house with a view of the hills and the sunset.
