We warmly invite young and young-at-heart guests to our modern, spacious, and comfortable "Gotha" apartment. Here you'll find plenty of room to relax. The apartment features a living room with a comfortable seating area, flat-screen TV, kitchenette and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, coffee maker), a lovely, spacious bedroom, a hallway with built-in wardrobes, and a bright bathroom with a bathtub. Plenty of windows provide ample light and panoramic views to the east, south, and west.

On the terrace, in the rose pavilion, in the orchard, or in the park, you'll always find a cozy spot to unwind. Sun loungers and a barbecue area are also available.

The property is situated in the heart of a 6,000 m² private park and is an ideal starting point for excursions, mountain biking, and hiking tours. Perfect for anyone seeking peace, nature, and relaxation!
