The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming house in Cunlhat for rent; it has a floor area of 120 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests.

- A 60 m² living area with a TV, sofa, wood-burning stove, dining area, and an open-plan, fully fitted kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A bathroom with shower and toilet.
Upstairs:
- Three bedrooms, each with a double bed (140×190).
- A bathroom with shower and toilet.
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, plancha, high chair, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A beautiful, enclosed garden of 800 m² with trees, complete with garden furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

The house is ideally situated in Cunlhat, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…
Nearby activities: walking, visiting castles, exploring old villages, swimming, etc.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park (3 vehicles).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
– A car is strongly recommended.
– Nearest railway station: Clermont-Ferrand, approximately 70 km away.
