About this house rental
The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming house in Fréhel for rent; it has a floor area of 120 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests.
It comprises a lovely 28 m² living room, a fitted open-plan kitchen, four bedrooms, a shower room (with shower), and you can enjoy a garden of around 770 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic) and bed linen are included – we’re just waiting for you!
The property is laid out as follows:
Ground floor:
– A 28 m² living room with a TV, a sofa, armchairs, a dining area and a fully fitted open-plan kitchen, including: an electric kettle, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a dishwasher, hobs…
– A 12 m² bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200), a washbasin and a chest of drawers.
– A 12 m² bedroom with two single beds (80x200) and a wardrobe.
– A separate toilet.
– A utility area in the 30 m² garage with a washing machine.
First floor:
– Two large bedrooms, each measuring 27 m² and each with two single beds (90x190).
– A bathroom with a shower and double washbasin.
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, cot.
Outside:
– A 40 m² stone terrace facing south-west, with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
– A private, enclosed garden of 770 m² with bamboo hedges surrounding the entire plot. Two apple trees in the middle of the garden provide shade during the summer.
The house is ideally situated in Fréhel, in a very quiet residential area. The village centre of Fréhel is 500 metres away, offering access to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market…
Activities:
– A walk along the GR 34 and a visit to Cap Fréhel.
– A visit to Fort la Latte.
– Relaxing, swimming and games on Sables-d’Or-les-Pins beach.
– Water sports: stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking, catamaran sailing and sand yachting at the Fréhel Water Sports Centre (centrenautique-frehel.fr)
– Cycling or walking between Fréhel and Cap d’Erquy
