Welcome to Serena, a bright and comfortable flat ideally located in the centre of Torrevieja, just 500m from the beaches. Perfect for a stay with family or friends, it has 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds and wardrobes.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a washing machine, oven, microwave and fridge with small freezer. There is a large living room to relax in after a sunny day, as well as a small balcony, perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean climate.

For added comfort, the flat is equipped with a bathroom with shower, air conditioning and Wi-Fi connection.

## Access
The flat is located on the 4ᵉ floor of a secure building with lift. Although it does not have private parking, you will easily find parking spaces on the street or in nearby public car parks. Thanks to its central location, everything is within walking distance: shops, restaurants and beaches are just a few minutes away. On your arrival, our city manager will welcome you on site to hand over the keys and show you around the flat.

The flat enjoys a privileged location in the heart of Torrevieja, just 500 metres from the Los Locos beaches. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, bars and supermarkets within easy reach, so you can make the most of your stay without needing a car. The town also boasts a beautiful promenade, a lively port and typical local markets. For nature lovers, the famous Torrevieja salt lagoons and their rosy waters are just a few kilometres away.

ACCESS AND TRANSPORT
The Serena flat is easily accessible:

- By car: Torrevieja is well served by the AP-7 motorway and the N-332, which link the town to the main destinations on the Costa Blanca. Parking is available on the street or in nearby public car parks.
- By plane: Alicante-Elche airport is around 40 minutes away by car. There are regular bus and shuttle services from the airport to Torrevieja.
- By public transport: The Torrevieja bus station offers direct buses to Alicante, the airport and other towns in the region. Once there, you can easily get around on foot, by local bus or taxi.
