Cocoonr is offering this 45 m² duplex for rent in Anglet, complete with a swimming pool and able to accommodate up to 4 guests.

Located on the ground floor, the accommodation is laid out as follows:
Ground floor:
- A 22 m² living room with a TV, sofa and dining area
- A fully equipped kitchenette including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A separate toilet
On the first floor:
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190) and access to the balcony
- A bedroom with two single beds (90x190)
- A bathroom with a bath
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.
Outdoors:
- Two terraces, each 15 m², facing south and north, with furniture to enjoy the sunny days
- A private, unheated swimming pool open from April to October
The duplex is ideally situated in Anglet, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market…

- You can take the Line 3 shuttle bus, which serves Bayonne and Biarritz stations. The bus stop is on the main street, just a short walk from the accommodation.
- Easy access from the airport: the accommodation is just 1 km from the airport, which is about a 13-minute walk.

- Bed linen and towels are included.
- Pets are not permitted in the accommodation.
- Parents are responsible for supervising their children whilst swimming. Opening dates are subject to change and are dependent on favourable weather conditions.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please ensure you leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
