Switchback at Edelweiss is located on Big Mountain at Whitefish Mountain Resort in the Edelweiss complex. Guests love the easy walk to chairs 1 and 2, The Bierstube and Hellroaring Saloon! The views from the balcony are also 10/10, especially in the morning at sunrise.

You'll enjoy the exclusive comfort of your condo, one of 49 units within the Edelweiss complex. Our units is accessed individually from the exterior of the building and is well-insulated, ensuring a private experience.

There's one (1) dedicated parking space available for this condo. The provided Edelweiss parking permit must be displayed in your rear view mirror in order to take advantage of the reserved Edelweiss parking lot. Please do not forgot to leave the permit in the condo upon check-out!

A few common questions and answers about our space:

Q: Do you allow pets?
A: No. Per the HOA, the entire Edelweiss building is NOT pet-friendly. Edelweiss: Owners of undeclared animals will be fined $500.

Q: Is there air conditioning?
A: No. This property does not have AC. There is a ceiling fan in the bedroom. We recommend opening the bedroom window and cracking the sliding glass door at night to let the cool, mountain air in and closing them both in the morning to trap it in.

Q: Can we check-in early or check-out late?
A: Early check-in is not guaranteed. In the event the condo is ready before 4:00pm, we'll let you know. We do not offer late check-out as our team needs time to prepare for our next guests and make sure everything is perfect for them - just like they did for you.

Q: Do you offer cleanings during our stay?
A: Our cleanings occur before and after each reservation. We're happy to offer an additional cleaning during your stay for a fee of $100. Just let us know!

Q: Do you allow smoking on-site?
A: No. Edelweiss is a complete NO-SMOKING Zone. This includes, but is not limited to, cigarettes, vapes, marijuana, etc., and this applies to the immediate surroundings of the building and balconies. This is for the courtesy of the other condo guests. If you need to smoke, please take it completely off-site, away from the property. A fee of $250 will be billed to your account if smoking of any kind occurs at or around the property.

Q: Where is this room located?
A: This room is located on the second level. Two flights of stairs are required for access.

The S.N.O.W. Bus (Shuttle Network of Whitefish) provides free rides between the resort and downtown Whitefish every day of the winter and summer operating seasons. No tickets necessary!

Don't want to rely on public transit? We highly recommend renting a car of your own to be able to come and go as you please.
