Located on the 1st floor (with a lift), the accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 25 m² living room with a TV and a double sofa bed
- A kitchenette including: an electric kettle, a microwave, a pod coffee machine, a toaster, hobs…
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with a shower and toilet
Outside:
- A 6m² south-west-facing balcony with furniture to enjoy the sunny days
The flat is ideally situated in Le Barcarès, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...
Activities:
- Barcarès Beach: swimming, relaxing and watching the sunset
- Parc des Dosses: nature walks, observatory and wakeboarding
- Water ski lift: introductory sessions or wakeboarding lessons
- Luna Park: a large summer funfair in the evenings
- Paddle Adventures: stand-up paddleboard hire and water tours
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment’s private car park (1 vehicle).
