The open-plan living, dining, and fully equipped kitchen flows out to the showpiece: a massive private terrace with planted greenery and downtown views. A dedicated sit/stand work space makes longer stays effortless. Organic cotton bedding, zero-VOC paint, and curated artwork throughout.

You'll have the entire loft to yourself — the full living space, bedroom, and the massive private terrace. Full access to the fully equipped kitchen, in-suite Samsung washer/dryer, AC, and FREE onsite parking. The space is completely yours to enjoy.

The onsite parking garage has a height clearance of 77 inches and can comfortably accommodate sedans and small SUVs without issue.
This is a quiet residential building — no parties, events, or large gatherings permitted. Maximum 2 guests. Out of respect for neighbours, please observe quiet hours after 10pm. No commercial filming, photography, or any illegal activity, including solicitation or prostitution, is permitted on the premises. Noise complaints may result in cancellation without refund. (29 day minimum stay)
