Built into the side of a hill, it features two levels—one visible from the front and two from the back—offering a unique layout and stunning views. Enjoy the scenery year-round from the spacious sunroom or the screened-in porch, perfect for relaxing in any season. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood with a mix of vacation homes and full-time retirees, the setting provides plenty of peace, privacy, and a true escape from the hustle and bustle. Guests will have access to all areas of the home with the exception of the locked owners closet and shed. For your safety and ours, there is one security camera on exterior front porch facing front yard/ driveway. We are in walking distance to Jack's & JoJo's. There you can have a convenient quick dinner or rent a boat for a nice day out on the water. This part of the White River is quite beautiful but isn't accessible or swimmable. Swimming holes and fishing areas are located at the boat ramp just down the street as well as the Sylamore Creek via Blanchard Springs National Park, Rosa hole, Gunners Pool etc.
